Delete your account

This permanently removes your characters, your adventures, and your sign-in. It cannot be undone.

What is removed

  • Your characters and their inventories
  • Your adventures — except shared ones, which pass to another player still in them
  • Your sign-in, and any AI provider key you connected

What we keep, and why

  • Payment and usage records, which we are required to retain for tax and accounting
  • Support conversations, so a dispute or report can still be resolved

Both are unlinked from you — they no longer identify your account. See our privacy policy.

If you have an active subscription it is cancelled as part of this, so you will not be billed again.
