Terms of Service

1. Accepting these terms

World of Thaedoria (the "Service") is operated by Rampart16, LLC ("we", "us"). By creating an account or playing the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be old enough to hold an account under the laws of your country, and if you are a minor, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms on your behalf.

2. Early access

The Service is in early access and under active development. Features may change, be removed, or break; saved progress may occasionally be affected by bugs or resets. We work hard to avoid this, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation during early access. If you find a bug, please report it — we currently thank bug reporters with a free month of premium access.

3. AI-generated content

The narration in the Service is fiction generated by an AI in response to the game state and the prompts you write. AI-generated text is produced automatically and may be unexpected, inaccurate, or imperfect. It does not represent the views of World of Thaedoria or its team, and we do not review it before it reaches you. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for content generated in response to user prompts.

4. Your prompts and your responsibility

You are responsible for what you type into the Service and for how you use what it returns. In particular, you agree not to:

• attempt to elicit explicit, sexual, or otherwise prohibited content;
• attempt to bypass or manipulate the Service's safety measures or game rules;
• submit content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• use the Service to harass, threaten, or harm any person.

Prompts that violate these rules — and any output they produce — are your responsibility, not ours. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.

5. Content policy

World of Thaedoria does not provide explicit or sexual content. The game is a fantasy adventure: it may contain fictional violence, peril, and mature themes appropriate to that genre, but sexual content is not part of the Service and attempts to produce it are a violation of these terms. Our safety measures are designed to prevent such content; no automated system is perfect, and if something slips through it does not become permitted — please report it to us instead.

6. Accounts and premium

You are responsible for your account and for keeping access to it secure. Premium is an optional paid subscription that can be cancelled at any time; cancelling stops future charges and premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Except where required by law, fees already paid are non-refundable.

7. Warranties and liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rampart16, LLC and its team are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of saved progress or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Changes and contact

We may update these terms as the Service evolves; material changes will be announced in the Service, and continuing to play after a change means you accept the updated terms.
